Lukas Schirl - Managing Director

Lukas SchirlLukáš has spent the last 13 years advising client, investing, asset managing and developing real estate assets across various market segments. Lukáš is greatly respected by tenants, and one of his key strengths lies in building relationships. During his career Lukáš has gained in depth knowledge of the key real estate areas-office, retail, residential. He was involved in some of the market’s largest leasing and investment transactions. Prior to join CSIA, Lukáš was engaged as Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle for the Czech Republic and Slovakia and prior to that as the head of office agency. Lukáš key achievements in CSIA include stabilising the high occupancy levels in the office and retail assets, as well as successfully overseeing the completion of the development and leasing of the Laugaricio and Rynovka shopping centres and the development of 1,000 residential units.

Vojtěch Kraus – Legal and Finance

Vojtech KrausVojtěch is known for his strong banking background and his skills in structuring financial deals. Vojtěch can draw an excellent investment banking career to date following the experience he gained working with ING Barings and HSBC in London, where he advised important institutional investors in the CEE countries. Vojtěch is an astute analyst, with both big picture and detail insight into transactions. As CSIA’s co-founder his role in is to control financial undertakings and structuring of all deals.

Katarina Lindbergh – Leasing and Property Management

Katarina LindberghKatarina is highly experienced leasing and property manager. Following a reputable career in Investment banking with Deutsche Bank – Global Equities in London and Erste Bank Vienna and London, Katarina co-founded CSIA in 2004 and since then has been responsible for client relationships, sales, leasing and property management of the Slovak division of the fund. Katarina is a Slovak national and her local market knowledge has been pivotal in the success of the fund’s Slovak investments and activities.
