CSIA is a joint venture between Quinlan Private Golub , a leading CEE property company, and CEC Capital Management. CSIA team combines decades of real estate and investment banking expertise with an in-depth knowledge of the Central European property markets.

ADVISING ONE OF THE FIRST LOCAL PROPERTY FUNDS

CSIA serves as an exclusive investment advisor and asset manager to Czech and Slovak Property Fund B.V. (CSPF). CSPF was established in Q3 2004, and is aiming to invest in Central and Eastern European property assets with focus on the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The fundation of the fund was sponsored by Ceska sporitelna, who is also one of the investors in the Fund. The fund has the ability to invest into the real estate assets with the total value of EUR400m.

ACQUISITION STRATEGY

The fund’s acquisition strategy is focusing on core-plus mid-cap and large–cap (above EURO 10m) income producing commercial properties. Up to 30% of the portfolio will be invested in residential development projects. The strategy is also focusing on projects in regional cities of the two countries.

CSIA is looking to actively co-operate with entire range of real estate market participants ranging from partnerships with property developers to co-operation with property market consultants. CSIA is also actively pursuing forward funding and forward purchase transactions, development JVs, sale and lease-back deals, distressed sales, and other special situation opportunities.
